This recipe brought back Akane`s lost voice in a speedy fashion!
3 cloves of garlic
Chunk of ginger
1/4 small onion
1 lime
*honey (optional non-vegan ingredient) or other natural sweetener
Place garlic, ginger and onion in a small kettle, saucepan or teapot and cover with a sufficient amount of water. Boil for about three minutes. Remove from heat and strain the steaming hot liquid into a mug or two. Add the juice of one lime and honey or other sweetener to taste (Because of its wonderful healing properties, honey might be worth adding despite its non-vegan nature). Serve and enjoy! Please add more water to the garlic, ginger and onion mixture so it can be saved and reused several times.
