International Civil Commission for Human Rights Observation

Since early December, the International Civil Commission for Human Rights Observation (CCIODH by its spanish initials) has been in Oaxaca conducting interview and documenting human rights violations that have occurred in the 8 months of conflict in Oaxaca.
